Zoë Muntaner, a single career woman, is a longtime Santa Monica resident who was born in Puerto Rico but who was educated in schools all over the world. She became so upset with “pay 2 play” politics she felt compelled to run for Santa Monica City Council in this November’s election. Zoë (which means “life” in Greek) had never run for political office but throughout her life she’s never been easily intimidated.

Tim Kelley is a global change agent working with top leaders to define and implement the new paradigm of business. Giovanna oversees Kiva’s partnerships and regional teams globally, and helps to develop Kiva’s growth strategy with field partners. From 2008 as a Partnerships Manager for Central and North America, she was responsible for driving Kiva’s entry into the US microfinance market in 2009. Previously working at ACCION New York, and with an M.B.A from Yale, Giovanna has worked on community development projects in Mexico and Paraguay, and has done research on the interplay between eco-tourism and economic development in Costa Rica.
Ogulala Oghenefegor Jude, born 11th October 1975, a graduate of Philosophy from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State Nigeria. Nikki Batchelor is uncovering new solutions for global challenges. At Nation Builder, Nikki helps local & global nonprofits and social enterprises rethink their approach to community engagement and mobilization. Prior to NationBuilder, Nikki was an advisor to USAID’s Office of Science and Technology, where she designed competitions discovering global health, education, citizen engagement, and energy solutions. Dr. Aumatma is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor, trained at the University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine.
