While the idea of uniting humanity may seem impossible, could there be a better reason than meeting the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) to co-create a healthier,  socially just and  environmentally sustainable future?!

Demonstrating the power of local solutions to achieve the  MDGs, The Global Summit has made an Olympic Call to Action gathering grass-roots voices from Timbuktu to Kathmandu to engage hands-on in its Millennium Solution Councils.

The core interactive program of The Global Summit, Millennium Solution Councils bring together delegates across six sectors to join the efforts of extraordinary community leaders developing collaborative solutions for a thriving future.

Through this initiative, over a dozen extraordinary Community Champions will create opportunities for impact and gain the tools, global perspectives and partners they need to empower their communities to thrive.
