BACKGROUND
I am the Founder and Chief Emotion Officer of TAPIN, an emotional-based art collective that works with people, teams, and organizations to utilize their emotions as creative tools for self expression, confidence, and awareness.
I worked for two years as the Programs Manager for the League of Creative Interventionists managing and developing community engagement, program design, project timelines, and recruitment and on-boarding fellows for the national leadership program.
Previously I was a project manager and development strategist for over 10 years at top organizations including ?What If!, Google, DoubleClick, and World Economic and have develped a keen ability to foster connections between people, culture and ideas to support wholistic and thriving teams.
I hold a Masters of Public Policy and Administration from Columbia University with a specialization in management and strategy. I hail from the University of Minnesota with a double major in Japanese and Urban Studies and a four-year scholar athlete on the Swimming & Diving Team. Fluent in four languages - English, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish.
