Building upon Tokyo 2020 inspiration and digital shift, we are recruiting up to 100 Catalysts across 5 teams to be accelerated in a year-round Movement Building Masterclass starting with the 7SS regenerative leadership Bootcamp (Sept – Nov).
With the best ideas and committed leaders, we will continue to galvanize collaboration into 2021 when 15 game-changing solutions (Community; Policy; and Tech x 5) are selected for development in the Hackathon (February 20) and shared worldwide in the Global Pitch (Feb 21).

WELLBEING 360: Evolving Food, Health & Lifestyles
A healthy world starts with us. Wellbeing has taken a major hit from COVID-19 From mental health to the overwhelm of support systems, the crisis also presents opportunities in learning. And as we heal what is and was broken, we explore, and empower ourselves with the question of ‘how what we eat, drink, and do, affect the wellbeing of our living systems’. Considering new opportunities for work/life balance, and given our climate reality, how can ancient wisdom, methods, and new technologies support a healthy body, mind, and spirit? FEMINOMICS: A partnership in empowerment
Could mounting economic disparity be lifted by feminine values in leadership and systems redesign? A new decade is calling for empowered engagement from the bedroom to the boardroom – academic, political, business, and in the Home. Find other women and men united for equity, diversity, and inclusion. Explore how feminine values, circular business models, and high impact investing foster a thriving culture and economy. THRIVING CITIES: From urbanization to rural revitalization
While 60% of humanity is destined for the metropolis, is this the way we want to shape our future? What role do rural communities play? HOW can art and culture support better use of energy, waste, and water in the built environment? Drawing upon successes and challenges from the urban benchmark of Tokyo and communities worldwide, we will explore the opportunity of design to enable sustainability, access to housing, and foster meaningful work and play. LEARNING 4 LIFE: Let the Renaissance of regeneration begin
What is the right role of education in the 21st century and how must it transform to enable a good life for generations to come? From school to the workplace to the community kitchen, we’ll explore the role of learning to drive opportunities for better livelihoods, reduce inequalities, and create the conditions for a regenerative society. Find out and create how new formal and informal education models, tools & technologies can unlock human potential supporting a world that works for all. SDGs 1, 4, 5, 8, 10
ONE OCEAN: Unifying challenge to save life on Earth
From the air we breath to the way we move around the blue planet One Ocean connects and supports all life. A special Impact Team created for 2020 in celebration of Japan’s maritime culture and seizing a critical opportunity to turn the tide of mass extinction.
